Once the job has been entered into our booking system, one of our experienced admin team will assign the work to the appropriate inventory clerk who will arrange to collect keys if needed and any other access to carry out a detailed inventory.

How we work.

Check in

Our experienced inventory clerks will provide a summary declaration of the condition of the property, list all keys, permits and any other relevant items handed over to the tenant as well as take any meter readings.

Inventory

We use the latest technology including iPads to document our inventories as well as high resolution digital cameras to take comprehensive digital photographs to ensure that all properties are properly recorded and all details captured.

Reports

We aim to deliver our comprehensive reports within 24 hours. Our reports are detailed yet easy to read and will provide you the peace of mind as being sufficiently evidential if needed for dispute resolution.

Check out

One of our experienced inventory clerks will carry out a detailed inspection of the property including photographic evidence. This will be used to compare against the Check In for any serious issues or damages caused and any actions required.
