Jae Gadar

Managing Director

Jae is the Managing Director of Ashworth Group. He is a seasoned professional having started the company in 2000 and steered it through the various periods of growth, culminating in the winning of the AIIC Inventory Clerk of the Year award in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. 

Jae is a Member of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks and is Safe Contractor Certified.

He brings a wealth of experience to his role at the head of the company. His primary aim is to ensure a professional, streamlined and efficient service to all his clients with the highest of quality without compramise.

Reena

Accounts Manager

With over 22 years of experience in the property industry in both sales and lettings Reena brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.

Having joined Ashworth Group in the spring of 2013 Reena is the company accounts manager. Her professional manner with clients makes her a key person within our company.

Michelle

Office Coordinator

Michelle joined the company late 2018 in the capacity of Office Coordinator.

She is responsible for the day to day running of the office.

With her vast experience in private education, she has brought certain skills to the company that compliment our day to running of the company.

She is looking to  grow her experience in this field. In 2020 she will be undertaking the ARLA exams.

Danielle

Office Coordinator

Daniella has been working in property management for over 10 years. She comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in this industry.

Having previously worked on the other side of the business, she has settled in to the role very quickly. Her attention to detail is extremely high.

In her spare time, Daniella spends time with her family and young daughter.

Naomi

Office Coodinator

Naomi joined the company early 2019 in the capacity of Office Coordinator.Her role is to coordinate appointments with our Inventory and Cleaning department teams.

She comes with a wealth of knowledge in the industry, having worked as a property manager for a large corporate company for the last 5 years.

In her spare time Naomi enjoys fashion and cooking.

Steve

Senior Inventory Assessor

Steve has worked in the property industry since 2004. Starting his career as a property manager where he became accustomed to dealing with high calibre properties and clients. With a very keen eye for detail and prior knowledge in the property market Steve brings a wealth of  experience to this role.

Steve joined our team at the start of 2013, and is now one of the most senior members in our team. He is also responsible for training the new staff that join the company.

Karime

Senior Inventory Assessor

Karime joined our company in January 2017. She previously worked for a leading estate agent in central London, where she became accustomed to the fast-paced work ethics that this industry demands. In the short time she has worked for Ashworth, Karime has already worked her way up to dealing with our corporate division clients.

In her spare time, Karime is keen on fashion and modern art. She will be undertaking her AIIC qualification in August of this year.

Ayo

Senior Inventory Assessor

Ayo joined Ashworth at the start of the summer 2015. Ayo already has a strong property background, having worked for a leading property management company in Central London for 3 years. Before Ayo decided to persue his career in property he studied sports science at the university of Bedfordshire. Ayo brings a wealth of knowledge to this role and is looking to develop his skills to move up towards management. Ayo is currently undergoing training with the AIIC.

Belva

Senior Inventory Assessor

Belva joined our company in 2014. Belva is a qualified Architect who we believe has brought a wealth of knowledge along with a very keen eye for detail to the company. She has prooven to be a confident lady who can handle working under pressure and keeping her level of detail and professionalism to a very high standard.

Belva is currently undergoing further training with APIP and AIIC to become a full member of both organisations.

Ibrahim

Senior Inventory Assessor

Ibrahim joined our team in summer 2017. He comes with a wealth of knowledge in the industry which allows him to deliver extremely high quality and detailed inventory reports.

He is a very methodical person. This skillset gives him a good advantage to fulfil his duties with ease. Currently Ibrahim is dealing with our corporate clientele.

In his spare time, Ibrahim enjoys reading and football.

Gabriela

Inventory Assessor

Gabriela joined our team in 2016. She has over five years experience in this industry. During this time she has gone from a junior to senior within the company.

Her position within Ashworth now gives her the opportunity to work with our corporate clients and high profile properties. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and socialising with friends. 

Savannah

Senior Inventory Assessor

Savannah joined the company in early 2018 as senior Inventory clerk.  She comes with a wealth of knowledge in the industry, and is able to instruct a high quality standard through her work.

Savannah is a very bubbly individual, who thrives on hard work and handing strenuous situations.

Savannah has a passion for Fashion and modern arts. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Heidy

Team Leader - Cleaning Department

Heidy works in our residential cleaning department as Team Leader. Because of her high attention to detail she leads our team of 15 to always perform the best service. Our cleaning department is well known for the extremely high level of service and is regularly complimented by clients.This role is perfectly suited for Heidy as she is a natural organiser and perfectionist. She will never leave a property unless she is fully satisfied with the result herself.

Andrea

Team Leader - Cleaning Department

Andrea has been working for our company for over 5 years. She comes with 15 years experience in the industry. Having worked for some of the largest property management companies in London, she is well aware of the industry requirements. She manages a large team of operatives on a daily basis, making sure all work is carried out with extreme prescision and professionalism at all times.

Hardip

EPC / Legionella Assessor

Hardip is our inhouse EPC and Legionella assessor 

Hardip trained as an EPC assessor in 2010 and has been with us since 2011. Having had over 10 years of experience in the building industry the role as EPC assessor comes naturally to him. The eye for detail and quality or service is very important to him.

Hardip is also a qualified Legionella risk assessor.

Alex

Team Leader - Cleaning Department

Alex has been with us since 2013 in the capacity of team leader.

He manages 3 teams within Ashworth Group. Alex is the perfect choice when it comes to handling our more complex jobs as his attention to detail is extremely high.

He can manage multiple jobs and can juggle speed and accuracy at the same time. A true leader, Alex shows refined levels of business.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and children.

Joh

Inventory Assessor

Joh joined our company during the lockdown period of 2020. She is young and enthusiastic with the energy requried to handle this role at the pace we require from her. She has an extremely keen eye for property, specifily Inventory. She has settled in with Ashworth with great ease.

Inventory Assessor

Kavita joined our company in early 2020

She is in the first year of her PHD in Bio Science.

One of Kavitas greatest attributes is that she can handle multiple tasks along with keeping her attention to detail at a high level. In the short time she has been with us, she has brought a new level of quality to our company. 

In here spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Melanie

Melanie joined the company in 2020 as Inventory assessor.

She has a passion for Health and Beauty, and hopes to set up a business in that field in the future. The flexibility of the Inventory role allows her to manage her responsibilities comfortably.

Her skill set also gives her an advantage as her attention to small detail is extremely high.

In her spare time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.

Alexis joined Ashworth in mid 2020. 

Alexis comes from a long background in property management. with over 10 years experience in this field, she decided to go a different path which brought her to us. In the time she has worked for Ashworth, she has prooven to be a great asset to the company.

Her background gives her an advantage in conducting high quality Inventories. 

In her spare time, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Camilla joined the company in the early part of 2020. 

With the wealth of knowledge that she brings with her, she is the ideal choice for our corporate clients that require that extra service.

In her spare time Camilla enjoys fashion. Her detail level is second to none, which is greatly appreciated in both fields.
