Meet The Team

Jae
team

Managing Director

Jae is the Managing Director of Ashworth Group. He is a seasoned professional having started the company in 2001 and steered it through the various periods of growth, culminating in the winning of the AIIC Inventory Clerk of the Year award in 2013.

Jae is a Member of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers, the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks and is Safe Contractor Certified.

He brings a wealth of experience to his role at the head of the company.

Reena
team

Accounts Manager

With over 15 years of experience in the property industry in both sales and lettings Reena brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.

Having joined Ashworth Group in the spring of 2013 Reena now manages the administration department and also oversees accounts. Her professional manner with clients makes her a key person within our company.

Agel
team

Inventory Assessor

Agel stumbled in to this business by default, she was originally interviewed for the role of administrator. However, a career as an inventory clerk caught her eye. She went through a intensive training course and became a full member of the AIIC and has never looked back. She is one of our most energetic members of the team and never gives any doubt to our clients for anything less than a perfect service.

In Agel's spare time she enjoys reading and socialising with her friends. Agel is originally from Sri Lanka. 

Andrea

Team Leader

Andrea has been working for our company for over 2 years. She comes with 15 years experience in the industry. Having worked for some of the largest property management companies in London, she is well aware of the industry requirements. She manages a large team of operatives on a daily basis, making sure all work is carried out with extreme prescision and professionalism at all times.

Heidy

Team Leader

Heidy works in our residential cleaning department as Team Leader. Because of her high attention to detail she leads our team of 12 to always perform the best service. Our cleaning department is well known for the extremely high level of service and is regularly complimented by clients. This role is perfectly suited for Heidy as she is a natural organiser and perfectionist. She will never leave a property unless she is fully satisfied with the result herself.

Amber

Office Coordinator

Amber completed our coordination department in 2017. She is an energetic and enthusiastic person that is very keen to learn. Her bubbly personality is absolutely key to client consultation. 
In her spare time, Amber is a keen horse rider. She is involved in training and show competitions. She owns her own horse, and often goes to train him after completing a days work.

Ayo

Inventory Assessor

Ayo joined Ashworth at the start of the summer 2015. Ayo already has a strong property background, having worked for a leading property management company in Central London for 3 years. Before Ayo decided to persue his career in property he studied sports science at the university of Bedfordshire. Ayo brings a wealth of knowledge to this role and is looking to develop his skills to move up towards management. Ayo is currently undergoing traibing with the AIIC.

Belva

Inventory Assessor

Belva is one of our newest staff members who joined the company in early 2014. Belva is a qualified Architect who we believe has brought a wealth of knowledge along with a very keen eye for detail to the company. She has already prooven to be a confident lady who can handle working under pressure and keeping her level of detail and professionalism to a very high standard. Belva is currently undergoing further training with APIP and AIIC to become a full member of both organisations.

Daniella

Inventory Assessor

Daniella has been with the team since Autumn 2015.  She originally came across this business because she was given a very poor service when she was renting a property in London by an independent company. Wanting to know more about this business she came across Ashworth Group. She has over two years experience in the industry. We will be putting Daniella through the AIIC training in the spring of 2016.

Hardip

Legionella Risk Assessor

Hardip is our inhouse EPC assessor who has also trained in Legionella risk assessments.

Hardip trained as an EPC assessor in 2010 and has been working for us since 2011. Having had over 10 years of experience in the building industry the role as EPC assessor comes naturally to him. The eye for detail and quality or service is very important to Hardip.

Johanna
team

Inventory Assessor

Johanna joined our team at the beginning of April 2016. She is one of our youngest memberos of the team. However, she has already developed a wealth of knowledge in the Inventory industry. She comes to us with skills in photograph and english literature. These are very strong points which aid her as an Inventory clerk. In her spare time Johanna enjoys fashion and sports.

Steve

Inventory Assessor

Steve has worked in the property industry since 2004. Starting his career as a property manager where he became accustomed to dealing with high calibre properties and clients. With a very keen eye for detail and prior knowledge in the property market Steve brings a wealth of  experience to this role.

Steve joined our team at the start of this year as a fully trained Inventory clerk.

Tinah

Inventory Assessor

Tinah joined our company earlier this year. She comes from several years of experience as an Inventory Assessor. 
With her vast knowledge in this industry, Tinah is ideal for our corporate clientele market. We are hoping to aim her direction towards our new homes department. In her spare time Tinah enjoys fashion. She will be undergoing her AIIC training in the spring.

Paula
team

Admin Co-ordinator

Paula joined Ashworth Group in mid-2016. She comes with a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in the property management Industry. Having been in the industry for so long, she really has seen it all before!
Joining our co-ordination team, Paula is involved with bookings, client liaison and managing staff diaries. Her organisational skills are an immense asset when it comes to managing our busy office environment.

In her spare time, Paula enjoys travelling, and sailing with her partner.

Ariella

Inventory Assessor

Ariella joined Ashworth Group in January 2017, she is one of our newest clerks within the company. Having lived in central London most of her life, Ariella is very accustomed to travelling around London, which aids her well in this role. She also has a very keen eye for detail, which has allowed her to quickly excel through her training.

In her spare time, Ariella enjoys spending her time with family and doing charity work in her local area of Hammersmith. 

Gabriela

Inventory Assessor

Gabriela is one of our newest members to the team. She comes with several years of experience as an Inventory clerk. She has already prooven to be a very competent and professional Inventory clerk in the short time she has been with us. In her spare time Gabriela enjoys socialising with friends and reading

Mike

Inventory Assessor

Mike joined our company in 2016. Outside of work Mike studies Business Management. In his spare time he enjoys playing football for a local team. Mike will be undertaking his AIIC training in early 2018.

Zain
team

Inventory Assessor

Zain joined our team at the start of January 2017. He comes to us with a wealth of experience in the industry. He also has his AIIC qualification, which allows him to come on board at a senior level. Zain has just completed his master’s in Business and development at Greenwich University. With his experience and knowledge, Zain is a key candidate to work with our corporate department.

Karime

Inventory Assessor

Karime joined our company in January 2017. She previously worked for a leading estate agent in central London, where she became accustomed to the fast-paced work ethics that this industry demands. In the short time she has worked for Ashworth, Karime has already worked her way up to dealing with our corporate division clients. In her spare time, Karime is keen on fashion and modern art. She will be undertaking her AIIC qualification in August of this year.

Kerri

Office Coordinator

Kerri is one of our newest members to the team. She has over 10 years’ experience in property management. Coming to our company with this vast skill set enables her to work at a very fast and accurate pace. 
Kerri is very family orientated. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Kaydian

Office coordinator

Kaydian joined our team early 2017. In her previous role, she managed 22 people. Her vast experience allows her to manage and maintain a healthy balance with our coordination department. She is a strong leader, that manages our clients and corporate clients. 
In her spare time, Kaydian enjoys sci fi movies, healthy living and yoga.
