How often should Mid-Term Inspections be carried out?
Mid-term inspections (Also known as Mid-tenancy or interim inspections) are a key part of good property management. They help landlords and agents spot maintenance issues early, ensure the property is being cared for, and provide valuable evidence in the event of a dispute.
At Ashworth Group, we recommend carrying out mid-term inspections every 3–6 months to identify any maintenance issues early and ensure the property is being looked after.
By carrying out regular mid-term inspections, you can protect your investment, maintain good tenant relationships, and prevent small issues from becoming expensive problems later.
