Ashworth Group was established in 2001 with the primary aim of establishing itself as the leading Residential Inventory specialist within London and surrounding areas.

The company is now a market leader and has maintained the highest levels of standards and expertise over the last 15 years. Ashworth are the first company to win the AIIC award four times in four consecutive years.

About Us

Comprehensive and Professional

Our inventory clerks provide a comprehensive and professional service which is both independent and non-biased. We create comprehensive Property Inventory Reports that detail every aspect of a property from the condition, decor and contents to any exterior aspects or areas and we include digital photographic evidence.

Fair & Unbiased

Ashworth Group specialises in providing professional inventory services that are fair to both landlords and tenants. If you let or are responsible for letting residential or commercial properties, Ashworth Group can provide you with a professional service to help you let in complete confidence.

Safety & Reliability

Ashworth Group have passed the stringent accreditation process with the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks. As a member of the AIIC and APIP (Association of Professional Inventory Providers), we adhere to approved guidelines of professional practice and ensure a high quality service to our clients and their tenants.

Our History

2001

Ashworth Group was established in November 2001 with the primary aim of establishing itself as the leading Residential Inventory specialist within London and surrounding areas.

2003

2003 - Won contract with a large Barbican based company who managed over 3000 properties in Earl’s Court.

2005

2005 - Opened the Ashworth Cleaning division.

2008

2008 - Opened the Ashworth EPC division

2008

2008 - Landed a secure contract with a property management company who cater for 2000 properties in South and East London.

2010

2010 - Became affiliated with the aiic (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks)

2011

2011 - Relocated to larger office in South Woodford due to company growth.

2012

2012 - Became the first London based company to be affiliated with the APIP (Association of Professional Inventory Providers) and the aiic combined. 

2012

2012 - Became affiliated with Safe Contractor.

2013

2013 - Won our 1st Inventory Clerk of the Year Award by the aiic.

2014

2014 - Came 2nd in the Inventory Clerk of the Year Award by the aiic.

2015

2015 - Won the Inventory Clerk of the Year Award, becoming the only company in the history of the aiic to be bestowed with an award 3 consecutive years in a row.

2015

2015 - Relocated to larger premises in Buckhurst Hill, Essex to cater for the increased growth of the company.

2016

2016 - Won the prestigious award for Inventory Company of the Year by the aiic.

  • English GCSE C or above.
  • Good spoken and written English.

  • Proficient computer skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
