We create comprehensive Property Inventory Reports that detail every aspect of a property from the condition, decor and contents to any exterior aspects or areas and we include digital photographic evidence.

Our History

2001

Ashworth Group was established in November 2001 with the primary aim of establishing itself as the leading Residential Inventory specialist within London and surrounding areas.

2003

Won contract with a large Barbican-based company that manages over 3,000 properties in Earl’s Court.

2005

Opened the Ashworth Cleaning Division.

2008

Opened the Ashworth EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) Division.

2008

Awarded contract with a property management company that caters to 2.000 properties in South and East London.

2010

Became affiliated with the AIIC (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks).

2011

Relocated to a larger office in South Woodford due to company growth.

2012

Became the first London-based company to be affiliated with the APIP (Association of Professional Inventory Providers) and the AIIC (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks) combined. 

2012

Became affiliated with Safe Contractor.

2013

Won our 1st Inventory Clerk of the Year Award by the AIIC.

2014

Awarded 2nd place in the Inventory Clerk of the Year Award by the AIIC.

2015

Won the Inventory Clerk of the Year Award, becoming the only company in the history of the AIIC to be bestowed with an award for three consecutive years.

2015

Relocated to larger premises in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, to cater to the increased growth of the company.

2016

Won the prestigious award for Inventory Company of the Year by the AIIC.  

2017

Development began on the Ashworth Dashboard and website.

2018

Launched the Ashworth Dashboard to the public, becoming the UK's only independent inventory company with an automated booking system/dashboard.

2019

Relaunching of the Ashworth EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) Department.

2020

The world went through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ashworth stayed strong and kept all staff working.

Business slowed down, but we continued to receive work from our loyal customers.

2021

Ashworth went through a growth period.
All departments grew by 20%. It was the busiest and most challenging year since we began in 2001.

2021

Launched the EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) Service.

2022

The first sense of normality in the property market was felt since the onset of COVID-19.

Ashworth continued to expand our business.

2023

Launched the GSI (Gas safety Inspection) Service.
